About

Welcome to my fabulous world!
I’m Jenna Leigh Berry—a Case Manager in the mental health world by day, and a full-on music fanatic by night. If there’s a concert or festival happening, chances are I’m there, and dancing aggressively.
Mental health and music are my two greatest passions, and to me, they’re intertwined. Music has this incredible power to heal, to shift moods, to make us feel seen—and that’s something I care deeply about.
I started this blog to share my journey, explore the beautiful overlap between sound and self, and connect with others who feel that same spark. If you’re into deep convos, live shows, and all things mental health and music, you’re in the right place.
Let’s get fabulous. 💫🎶
