Going to Red Rocks Amphitheatre is more than a once and a lifetime experience. It’s an opportunity to connect with nature, kind people, and music featuring incredible acoustics with a view.

What made it so incredible…
I attended both a morning soundbath called “Lightcode” and an evening show called “Dreamrocks” by LSDREAM. Both experiences were fantastic with unique highlights. Witnessing the enormous red rocks during the day, at dusk, and at night were all different experiences.
Beginning with an invigorating soundbath under the sun was a beautiful way to start my day and meditate on different parts of my life. I had some realizations that made me feel so grateful to be there and to live the life that I live every day. What better way to start the day than shifting your mindset and enjoying the day with a new found confidence?

My magical morning at red rocks ampitheartre
And then I went back around dusk for the evening show…
Something felt so divine about this day existing in such a magical location. I met some kind people in line and even more throughout the night. We laughed we danced and enjoyed each other’s company.
But one of the most memorable moments of red rocks for me was just before the sun went down. The sprinkles of rain haulted and just admist the dark clouds over Denver, there was a rainbow slowly appearing. It grew brighter as the first set of the night began. My jaw dropped feeling like God graced this moment.
Pictures didn’t do it justice and it was a precursor to how the remainder of the night went. The lineup of Cam Steen, Seth David, Stellar, Elohim, into the headliner, LSDREAM was a match made in heaven.
As the sun went down and the lasers intensified, I danced my way through the tunes for one of the most memorable nights of my life. That’s what makes Red Rocks one of the greatest venues in the world. The experience. One of my best mental health tips of all: put down your phone and go experience life. Maybe your experience isn’t Red Rocks, but something like simply laying under the sun for a moment of pure peace. We all need time to process and reflect.

As always,
Stay fabulous…
